Potato Corn Chowder Recipe


This is a deliciously hearty meal that will not leave you hungry.


Ingredients:

6 medium Potatoes, diced

2 Cups Corn, cooked

2 stalks Celery

1/2 Cup Onions

1 tsp. Salt

3 Tbsp. Butter

6 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour

3 Cups Milk


Directions:

In a large pot, cover the potatoes and celery with water, and let them boil until almost tender then add the corn.


In another pan, heat the butter, and stir in the flour.  Then add the milk.  Pour the potato and corn mixture, including the water, into the milk mixture.


Stir, and then let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
