Miso Soup Recipe


This traditional Japanese soup is always tasty and completely healthy for you!


Ingredients:

4 Cups Water

1/3 Cup Miso

1 Tbsp. Nori or Wakame, shredded

3 Green Onions, chopped

1/2 block Firm Tofu, cut into 1” cubes

1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil (optional)

Dash Soy Sause (optional)


Directions:

In a pot, bring the water to a slow simmer and then add the seaweed, and let simmer for 6 minutes. 


Reduce the heat to low and add the miso, nori, onions, tofu, sesame oil and soy sauce if desired.  Stir until the miso has dissolved.
