Creamy Potato Soup Recipe


This is a great soup for a cold winter’s day, hearty and warm.


Ingredients:

3 small Potatoes, peeled & diced

1 medium Onion, chopped

2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

6 Cup Milk

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules

1 1/2 tsp. Dried Whole Oregano

1 1/2 Cup Instant Mashed Potato Flakes


Directions:

Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.  Then drain.


In a large Dutch oven, sauté the onion in butter until it’s tender.  Stir in the salt, pepper, bouillon, oregano, and milk, cooking over low heat, stirring constantly.


Remove the oven from the heat, and stir in the potato flakes and potatoes.


Serve immediately and enjoy!
